Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
